Getting your order to you

At Margaret's Dresses, we want your new dress to arrive quickly and smoothly. Here is everything you need to know.

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Time: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Free Delivery: Available on all orders within the United Kingdom.

How it works

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After processing, you will receive a second email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Possible delays

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause a slight delay. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 3 extra business days. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will look into it straight away.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement without delay.
